The Role
As a Route Technician, you will manage a dedicated service route, protecting our residential and commercial customers from pests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, working outdoors, and solving problems for people in our community.
No experience is necessary! We provide comprehensive, paid on-the-job training. If you have a "handyman" mindset or experience in construction or maintenance, you’ll be a natural fit.

Mandatory Requirements
To maintain our high standards of service and safety, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Clean Driving Record: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check (No Felonies).
- Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn and the ability to work independently.
