What You’ll Do
As a Plant Operator, you will support the production of specialty metal materials by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment in a controlled industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities Include
Operating, monitoring, and adjusting metal processing equipment
Following established production schedules and work instructions
Recording production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
Inspecting materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
Troubleshooting process issues and communicating concerns to supervision
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards
This is a hands-on role requiring focus, mechanical awareness, and a strong commitment to safety.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
Lifting up to 60 lbs. regularly
Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
