Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff performing receiving, stocking, picking, kitting, staging, and shipping activities.
- Assign daily tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance to meet production and customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely ERP/MES transactions for all material movements, receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Oversee receiving inspection coordination, discrepancy resolution, and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Enforce warehouse safety, cleanroom, ESD, chemical handling, and hazardous‑material protocols.
- Optimize warehouse layout, organization, material flow, and space utilization using Lean/5S practices.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, freight scheduling, and carrier activities as required.
- Partner with Materials, Planning, and Production teams to support critical material needs and issue resolution.
- Support material readiness for tool installs, NPI builds, engineering requests, and capacity expansions.
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, receiving/put‑away cycle time, picking accuracy, and on‑time delivery.
- Maintain equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and scanners; ensure proper certification and safe use.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel; support cross‑training and skill development.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce material errors.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or production support roles.
- Ability to supervise or coordinate warehouse team activities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory processes, ERP transactions, and material handling procedures.
- Understanding of safety, ESD, chemical handling, and warehouse compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in high‑volume operations.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with AMHS systems, cleanroom materials handling, or high‑purity material protocols.
- Experience supporting cycle counts, root cause analysis, and inventory improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of import/export shipping, freight coordination, or hazmat/chemical receiving.
- Demonstrated success improving warehouse throughput, accuracy, or material availability.
- Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CLTD, CPIM, or forklift/material‑handling certifications.
- Training in cleanroom/ESD procedures, safety, or chemical handling.
