Duties And Responsibilities
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $22.79 and $34,23/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including variable pay and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO (Paid Time Off) and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform material handling tasks safely and accurately, adapting to workload priorities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Material Handler I and II responsibilities.
- Lead small teams to accomplish tasks effectively, exercising independent judgment.
- Train and coach team members on written processes and performance improvement.
- Identify areas for 5S improvement and engage team members in implementation.
- Create and manipulate Excel files for operational reporting and data analysis.
- Interface with internal and external departments to share data and coordinate activities.
- Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems, including Cycle Count Module.
- Complete commercial invoices and SED documentation using export control information.
- Track freight and prepare bills of lading using carrier-related software.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scales safely and effectively.
- Perform repetitive motion tasks, including twisting and bending, as required.
- Advanced proficiency in Material Handler I and II responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.
- Knowledge of 5S principles and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Skilled in ERP systems for inventory management and complex form completion.
- Ability to prepare shipping documentation and track freight using carrier software.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Commitment to safety and operational efficiency in material handling activities.
- High School Diploma (or G.E.D.).
- Forklift Certification as Required.
- 2–4-year experience related to the use of computer and ERP systems bar-coded software is highly desired.
- 2-4 years' experience in any type of material distribution environment is desired.
