We’re seeking a driven Manager, NPI to spearhead new business opportunities from concept through production release. You’ll collaborate with Senior PMs, Engineering, Manufacturing, and top-tier clients (e.g., Intel, Medtronic) to deliver complex subsystems and turn-key process modules on time and within budget. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment and excel at leading cross-functional teams, this is your chance to make an impact.What You’ll Do
Lead NPI projects, managing timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
Drive cross-functional teams through UCT’s NPI process, ensuring seamless product transitions to manufacturing.
Communicate project status and mitigate risks with internal and external stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement using lean or agile methodologies.
Support quote processes and deliver customer satisfaction through high-quality execution.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of project management in semiconductor, medical, or energy industries.
Proficient in MS Office, Smartsheet, and CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.
Preferred:
5+ years in NPI with a track record of ≥95% on-time delivery or ≥10% cost savings.
PMP, APICS CPIM, or Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Experience in cleanroom manufacturing or with PLM/ERP tools (e.g., Arena, SAP).
Direct customer management with top-tier clients.
Bonus: Local Bay Area experience and leadership in full NPI cycles.
