What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Ultra Ceiling?
· Plan and coordinate all warehouse activities, including the organization of incoming shipments, material staging for specific jobs, order fulfillment, and outgoing deliveries.
· Maintain accurate inventory records including conducting regular physical cycle counts and reconciling data.
· Manage and schedule material and equipment deliveries to job sites, communicating with project managers and drivers to ensure efficient and timely transport.

· Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff and drivers. Conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, and enforce company policies to maintain a highly productive and effective team.
· Oversee the maintenance and repair of all warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, and manage the company's delivery fleet, including routine servicing and repairs.
· Active role in the building and creation of custom wood ceilings.
· Regularly produce and analyze reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and logistics performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements
· Oversee the tool distribution logs, tool purchasing and keeping track of all inventory handed out and returned.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
