Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Design Engineer located in Roseville, MI. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing assembly line equipment and conveyor systems. Daily tasks include mechanical engineering, machine design, creating detailed product designs, and utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD tools. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative and efficient solutions are delivered to our customers.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in Machine Design and Product Design processes
- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in material handling like MDR, CDLR, Belt Conveyor or Overhead Conveyors,, automation systems. a related industry is a plus
