- Assist with mobility and transfers of patients using proper techniques.
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support hospice care initiatives by providing compassionate end-of-life care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Engage in social work activities to promote emotional well-being among patients.
