Tow Truck Driver

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled light duty rollback driver to join our team. As a Driver you will be responsible for safely towing vehicles, assisting customers in distress, and ensuring the proper operation of towing equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety and professionalism while providing exceptional service to our clients.

You will need to live in Mt airy or within 20 miles of the Mt airy location.

Duties

• Operate rollback tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift models, to transport vehicles safely.
• Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
• Manage conflicts professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging situations.
• Conduct daily pre trip inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and any incidents that occur during operations.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Not required
• Excellent conflict management skills to handle various customer interactions effectively.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
