Responsibilities
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions (training available if needed)
- Provide additional lash and brow services (lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, etc.)
- Create an exceptional, welcoming experience for every client
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace
- Educate clients on aftercare and recommended products
- Uphold salon standards for sanitation and safety
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician (as required by state regulations)
- Certification in lash extensions (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail and passion for beauty
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and eager to grow
