Join our team as a Senior Sales Consultant where you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong focus on relationship-building and retention
- Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend appropriate tanning/wellness packages, memberships and skin care products
- Educate clients on tanning safety, equipment usage and skin care practices
- Upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional salon environment at all times
- Manage POS transactions and membership enrollments accurately
- Assist with inventory management
- Uphold all company policies, compliance standards and operational procedures
- Contribute to a positive, team oriented culture
- Assure salon cleanliness and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Learn about and promote salon products and services
- Utilize and promote salon products/services
- Coach and Train Tanning Consultants to increase personal sales goals
- Actively promote services, generate referrals and help bring in new clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tanning salon, beauty or commission-based retail sales (required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong upselling and cross selling skills
- Social Media engagement
- Professional appearance and confident communication style
- Ability to handle client concerns with composure and professionalism
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic understanding of skincare and tanning products
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Social media engagement experience (client outreach, promotions, content participation)
- Actively use salon services and products weekly to best educate clients on personal experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to successfully work in a team
- Open availability with flexibility for weekday/weekend shifts
- Shift Availability Times 8:45am-7:30pm
- Must be available weekday mornings and evenings as well as weekends
