Workforce Analyst
Chatsworth, CA - Hybrid (3 days in Office)
Key Needs of the Role
- Coordinate HR projects and ensure cross-functional alignment, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization
- Manage and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities (engagement, retention, lifecycle)
- Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and presentations
- Support survey programs and employee data collection initiatives
- Continuously improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities
Core Requirements
- 3 years in People Analytics / workforce data analysis
- Experience with Workday reporting (including calculated fields)
- Strong data analysis, statistical, and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau/SQL)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and partner with HR leadership
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
