Location: Camarillo, CA
An electronics manufacturing company is seeking experienced Test Operators to join its production team. This role supports electronic testing and assembly operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Connect multiple electronic units to test equipment to run software and functional tests
- Assemble cable harnesses and related components
- Operate testing equipment such as Flying Probe, ICT, and similar systems (as required)
- Read and understand test instructions, mechanical drawings, and work documentation
- Use a multimeter to verify electrical performance
- Perform work in compliance with quality, productivity, ESD, and ISO standards
- Inspect work for accuracy and conformance to specifications
- Support other production departments as needed
- Follow all safety and procedural requirements
- Work under moderate supervision
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of electronics test operator experience in an electronics manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and use a multimeter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to use a computer to review written instructions and drawings
- Frequently/constantly: standing, walking, using both hands
- Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 30 lbs
- Full‑Time
- October-May: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- June-September: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
- Overtime required, including early start times, late shifts, and weekends as needed
- Employer is ITAR Registered
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents
- High school diploma or equivalent required
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
