Service Coordinator

Location: Milpitas, California

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to support service operations for our client in Milpitas. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth administrative and logistical processes.

• Create, maintain, and close service and complaint records in Virje.
• Prepare and file documentation for service and complaint records.
• Decontaminate incoming service devices and assist with shipping.
• Post incoming service items in SAP.
• Assist with costing, invoicing, and preparing quotations.
• Provide quotes and monthly summary reports to customers.
• Prepare and mail customer document packages as needed.
• Generate weekly service turnaround and packaging material demand reports.
• Provide semi-annual revenue/repair reports for management review.
• Support the Device History Record (DHR) scanning process.
• Perform various clerical duties as needed.
  
  

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of administrative experience in a service or operations environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and document management systems preferred.
  
  

Monday to Friday, 1st Shift

Pay Range: $24 - $26 per hour
