Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires proficiency in various software programs and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Excel spreadsheets, Google Drive, Calendar, Docs and Sheets, Gmail, and Chrome with demonstrable fluency and accuracy.
- Follow established systems precisely and retain detailed information effectively.
- Demonstrate multitasking skills and maintain a high net words per minute (WPM).
- Assist in writing thorough estimates using information provided by field technicians and industry standards.
- Maintain jobs calendar driven by parts and personnel availability.
- Research equipment, components, parts, and materials necessary for estimating a variety of unique jobs.
- Safely and carefully work within and maintain forms, lists, digital files, and spreadsheets.
- Organize client interactions and participate in recurring job meetings with specific duties.
- Handle shared phone responsibilities and general daily office duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of previous repair estimating experience.
- Experience with parts and inventory management.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook and calendaring
- Excellent vendor and customer relations and phone skills.
- Typing speed of 50 wpm or higher
- Highschool Diploma
Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm
Max Pay is $25 per hour. Min Pay is $23 per hour.
