Medical Biller

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Medical Biller with a well-established healthcare organization in Alpine, California. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, organized, and experienced in medical billing practices. This role is 100% onsite.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $29.19 per hour

• Accurately process and manage billing records and ensure timely submission of claims.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate billing information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid claims.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all billing practices.
  
  

• Previous experience in medical billing or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with billing software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
