We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a strong candidate experience
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer process
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws
- Track and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
- Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Experience recruiting for specialized roles (e.g., technical, sales, or executive hiring)
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
- Familiarity with data-driven recruiting and reporting
