Job Title: HR Coordinator (Compliance & Onboarding)
Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long term temporary
Pay: $28/hr
Overview:
We're seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support onboarding and I‑9 compliance. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of employee documentation and helps create a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- I‑9 Compliance (main focus): Complete and verify Form I‑9s, track work authorization (EADs), maintain records, and support audits.
- Onboarding: Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate orientations, and update employee records in HRIS.
- HR Support: Answer onboarding/compliance questions and assist with general HR admin tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HR coordination, onboarding, or compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of I‑9s and work authorization
- ADP Workforce experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and confidentiality skills
