The Office Hospitality Attendant creates a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors by providing high-quality coffee, beverage, and breakroom services. This role provides daily interaction with staff, offers a positive and approachable presence, and supports the overall employee experience by maintaining clean, comfortable, and enjoyable shared spaces.
This position is essential in fostering a sense of community, ensuring employees feel supported, and enhancing the overall workplace culture.



Responsibilities

Employee Hospitality & Engagement

  • Serve as a friendly, warm point of contact for employees throughout the day.
  • Build positive, casual rapport with staff while maintaining professionalism.
  • Provide a welcoming presence in the breakrooms, lobby, and shared spaces.
  • Engage in light conversation and make employees feel comfortable and valued.
  • Support a positive office atmosphere through kindness, approachability, and consistent service.

Coffee & Beverage Service

  • Prepare and maintain fresh coffee, tea, and beverages throughout the day.
  • Create appealing beverage options (e.g., iced coffee, flavored water, seasonal drinks).
  • Monitor, clean, and operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
  • Keep all coffee stations stocked, clean, and visually inviting.

Breakroom & Kitchen Upkeep

  • Ensure breakrooms, kitchens, and shared areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Restock supplies including cups, creamers, sugar, utensils, snacks, and condiments.
  • Perform routine cleaning of counters, sinks, appliances, and tables.
  • Maintain refrigerators and microwaves in neat and sanitary condition.

Meeting & Visitor Support

  • Prepare beverage setups for meetings and executive sessions.
  • Support hospitality needs for visitors and guests with friendliness and care.
  • Assist with meeting room reset, refresh, and organization.
  • Track supply levels for beverages, snacks, and disposables.
  • Restock supplies daily and organize storage areas.
  • Communicate ordering needs to the Office Manager.

Events & Culture Support

  • Assist with office celebrations such as birthdays, holidays, and employee gatherings.
  • Help set up refreshments for office events or meetings.
  • Provide creative suggestions for improving office culture and hospitality.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of all shared spaces to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Report maintenance or equipment issues.
  • Support HR, Facilities, or CEO Office on light administrative or hospitality tasks.

Salary : $26 - $29
