Job Title: Export Documentation Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation Coordinator to support our shipping and logistics team. This role is responsible for managing all export documents and ensuring shipments meet all import/export regulations. The ideal candidate must have previous export experience and be bilingual in Spanish. Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and strong customer service skills are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage export documentation from start to finish for all shipments.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for each shipment.
Create, track, and organize shipping documents daily.
Update and maintain shipment databases with accurate information.
Post and audit invoices, payments, receipts, and other documents using company systems (Portal, Access, Excel, Great Plains, and banking platforms).
Support buyers and sellers with any shipment, freight, or accounting questions.
Assist in managing receivables and resolving discrepancies.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, accounting, shipping) to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Help customers resolve commodity, freight, and financing issues as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Must have previous experience handling export documentation.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to follow through and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable using Excel
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
