Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in project management? We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, client communication, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution.

• Assist Project Managers with coordinating projects from start to finish
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success
• Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project documentation
• Coordinate vendors, resources, and project-related tasks
• Prepare reports and provide project status updates
• Help solve problems and keep projects on track
  
  

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Administrative, customer service, internship, or project support experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment
  
  

• Salary: $45,000 annually
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Location: In-office in Chanhassen, MN, with potential for a hybrid schedule after training
