What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Specialist position at Ultimate Staffing?
We are currently seeking Data Entry Specialists.
What you'll do:
- Enter and verify data accurately in a medical environment
- Work with medical terminology, ideally from a lab or clinic setting
- Use multiple systems-must be tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Make outbound calls to labs or clinics to obtain results as needed
What we're looking for:
- Experience with medical terminology
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Comfortable on the phone with professional communication skills
- Reliable and able to work full-time on-site
Schedule & Location:
- Monday-Friday, Full Time
- In-office
- Phoenix near Northern and the 51 freeway
- Pay rate is $19 per hour
