Data Entry Clerk

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to support a semiconductor client located in Sunnyvale, CA. This position is a 3-month contract with an onsite requirement. The role involves entering chemical data into spreadsheets and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The pay rate ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

• Responsible for entering chemical data from word documents and other sources into spreadsheets (high-volume data entry).
• Conduct essential functions related to Chemical Data Entry.
  
  

• 2 years of high-volume data entry experience; chemical experience is a plus.
• Technical/System experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Databases; SAP experience is a plus.
  
  

• Associate degree or 2 years of experience in an office/environmental/regulatory department with organizing and/or entry of chemical data; Safety Data Sheet (SDS) experience is a plus.

• Daytime: 8 am - 5 pm PT (flexible and hybrid options available).
