Customer Service Coordinator

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing distribution company in Laurel, MD to hire a Customer Service Administrator / Sales Admin.

If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and being part of a high-energy team, this could be a great opportunity. We're open to candidates from administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other service-focused backgrounds who are comfortable using Microsoft Office and enjoy solving problems.

Laurel, MD (100% Onsite)

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• $18/hour during training increasing to $20 hourly upon completion of training
  
  

As a key support partner to the sales team, you'll help ensure customers receive timely information and excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and manage a shared team email inbox
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding:
  • Order status
  • Shipment tracking
  • Inventory availability
  • Product and color options
• Return customer phone calls and voicemails
• Support two Sales Representatives with administrative tasks
• Track and follow up on open customer requests
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Assist with data entry and reporting in Microsoft Excel
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Proactively assist the sales team during slower periods by taking ownership of additional tasks
