Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Client Experience Manager to join their client's team in California. The Client Experience Manager will oversee event logistics and play a pivotal role in the company to ensure that client needs are met with the highest standard of service. This role is a supervisory position, offering a chance to lead and develop a dedicated team.
This role has the opportunity to become hybrid (remote twice a week) after training.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high quality customer experience before, during, and after an event
- Coordinate event logistics and create an operations plan that meets the client's needs
- Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction
- Represent the company as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to proactively meet the client's needs
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department
- Assess and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and reduce costs
- Oversee the department's budget
- Supervise staff based on event needs and department needs
- Enforce venue policies about proper facility usage, contractual obligations, code of conduct, safe sport compliance, and risk management practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent management, supervisory, and customer service skills
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for events as needed
Benefits
Competitive salary with a pay range of $37.50 to $40.86 per hour.

Salary : $78,000 - $85,000
