Qualifications:
- 7 years of leadership experience in nonprofit, homeless services, human services, or related sectors (nonprofit required)
- 5 years of senior management experience supervising multi-department teams
- Proven experience managing government-funded programs and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of homelessness services, housing programs, and vulnerable populations
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage performance, and implement operational systems

Salary : $170,000 - $180,000
