SALARY: $22/hourly

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
