- Processing and managing accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring timely payments to vendors and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and updating them in the financial system.
- Collaborating with the finance team to support month-end closing activities.
- Communicating with vendors to address payment inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and documentation as needed.
- Experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour
