The Senior HR Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the Human Resources department and employee relations. This role provides comprehensive HR and administrative support across all levels of the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include assisting with payroll review, maintaining HR records, supporting compliance initiatives, and handling a variety of HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer proficient, and knowledgeable in HR practices, and labor laws.
The Senior HR Coordinator will collaborate closely with the HR Director, Senior Recruiter, and other members of the HR team to deliver excellent service and contribute to a positive employee experience.
