Litigation Paralegal - Join a Leading Portland Law Firm
Location: Seattle, WA | Salary: $80,000-$110,000 | Full-Time

A well-established litigation firm is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their Portland team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can manage complex litigation cases from start to finish. Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Manage litigation cases through all phases of the legal process
- Conduct factual and witness investigations, including background checks
- Draft and respond to discovery; manage document production
- Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and deposition transcripts
- Analyze case files and prepare chronologies of key events
- Support attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- Collaborate professionally with attorneys, clients, and staff
- Quickly learn and utilize firm technologies and systems
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure with accuracy
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new legal systems
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication
- Committed to maintaining strict client confidentiality
