Field Service/Support TechnicianLocation: Englewood, CO 80112Full Time, Onsite (frequent travel required)M-F 8am-5pmPay: $24/hr - $31/hr, depending on experienceDirect Hire***Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen***This company is ITAR compliant and requires all applicants to be US Citizens or Permanent ResidentsA leading supplier of air measurement instrumentation and software is seeking an individual to join their Service Team. The individual will be expected to provide quality service to meet or exceed customer commitments, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements include Providing on-site service, and installation of instrumentation, as related to Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS). Conduct formal classroom training with Power Point presentations. CEMS experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Perform on-site installation, diagnose performance issues, repair, and preventative maintenance.· Travel frequently, via airline or rental car, to locations around the country.· Able to work outdoors on elevated platforms throughout the year.· The physical ability to climb ladders, and stairs to reach stack platforms. Climbs could be as little as 20' to 150'.· The ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining Ethical standards. · Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Competent with Microsoft Office Products.· Provide technical support to customers via telephone.· Depot RepairExperience/Requirements · Associate degree in engineering, technology or related scientific study.· 5 years related field experience troubleshooting/repairing analytical equipment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Ability to be analytical, solve problems, and provide technical support. · Experience with customer service.· Professional written and oral communication skills· Willing to travel overnight up to 80% of the normal work week.
