Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of The Ultimate Spectacle. You will guide customers through selecting frames and lenses that match their style, lifestyle, and prescription needs. While optical experience is a major asset, we are fully prepared to train the right candidate who has a passion for style, retail, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Guide patients through frame styling, lens selection, and customization options.
- Assist with taking precise optical measurements and adjusting/fitting eyewear (training provided).
- Process retail sales transactions, manage orders, and handle patient pickups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom floor.
- Answer phones, schedule vision exams, and address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right person!
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail and style.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including standard retail weekend shifts.
