What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Acquisitions position at Ultimate Realty?
Company Description Ultimate Realty is a family-owned real estate investment platform focused on acquiring, repositioning, and operating infill commercial properties across the U.S. East Coast, with particular emphasis on industrial assets and specifically Industrial outdoor storage. The firm targets middle-market opportunities where pricing inefficiencies, physical complexity, or operational dislocation create attractive risk-adjusted returns. Investments are often sourced off-market through direct relationships, supported by long-standing industry credibility and a reputation for reliable execution. The platform is vertically integrated across acquisition and asset management, taking a hands-on, lease-by-lease approach from underwriting through business plan realization. Ultimate Realty operates with the agility of a family office and the discipline of an institutional manager, emphasizing disciplined buying, thoughtful execution, and consistent performance across market cycles.
Role Description This is a full-time, remote Real Estate Acquisitions role responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing commercial real estate investments, with a focus on infill industrial and related assets within the Southeast. Day-to-day activities include identifying and off-market opportunities, building and maintaining broker and owner relationships, and conducting market research to assess demand drivers. The role involves underwriting, preparing investment memos, coordinating due diligence, and supporting negotiations on purchase and sale agreements and key lease terms. The individual will collaborate closely with asset management to refine business plans, track performance against underwriting, and ensure alignment between acquisition assumptions and real time execution. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining a disciplined pipeline, updating internal tracking systems, and contributing to strategic discussions on portfolio construction and capital deployment.
