Job Title: Handyman / General Contractor & Property Maintenance
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Handyman and/or General Contractor to join our team on a full-time or part-time, independent contractor basis. This position involves performing maintenance, repairs, and renovations across multiple residential properties in the Duluth and Superior area.
We offer a highly flexible schedule, allowing you to work as many or as few hours as fit your availability. With multiple ongoing renovation and maintenance projects, there is consistent work for the right person.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Performing residential renovations, including sheetrock, framing, flooring, painting, and finish work
- Handling general property maintenance, including patching, interior and exterior repairs, and routine upkeep
- Responding to maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Helping prepare rental properties for new tenants
- Ensuring all assigned projects are completed in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Own tools required to perform general handyman work
- Experience in property maintenance, remodeling, or general contracting
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
