Now Hiring – Experienced Pool Construction Laborer
Ultimate Pools of SWFL is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable individual to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can work independently when needed while also collaborating effectively with a crew.
Job responsibilities include:
- Operating a skid steer on dig days to move dirt and load dump trucks
- Reading and using a grade stick
- Rough plumbing for swimming pools
- Performing pool pressure tests
- Installing pavers
- Assisting with pool remodel demolition
- Supporting all phases of pool construction as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool construction or a related construction field is required
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
