Essential Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in commercial finance law
- Deep expertise in secured/unsecured lending, cross-border deals, mortgage & asset-based finance
- Skilled in drafting/negotiating loan docs, inter-creditor agreements, and legal opinions
- Knowledge of traditional & non-traditional lenders, including banks and financial institutions
- JD from an accredited law school
- Minimum 10 years in commercial finance practice

Pay: $175,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
