Responsibilities
- Safely operate limousine and other luxury vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, assisting with luggage, and ensuring their comfort throughout the ride
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, including interior and exterior upkeep
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures for clients’ appointments or events
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic mechanical checks, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
- Manage reservations, coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules, and communicate effectively with clients about their transportation needs
- Uphold professional conduct at all times, representing the company’s high standards of hospitality and reliability
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or as a delivery driver with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of driving laws, safety protocols, and vehicle operation specific to limousine or bus driving
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshoot common issues
- Ability to plan routes efficiently using GPS or navigation tools
- Experience with various vehicle types such as box trucks, school buses, or shuttle vans is advantageous
- Familiarity with vehicle documentation requirements and adherence to safety regulations for
drivers or similar roles
