As a Sales Representative based in our Kansas City HQ, you’ll be given real responsibility immediately. You’ll own three major markets, travel regularly, build relationships face-to-face, and compete every week to grow your book of business.

  • You’ll travel to each assigned city twice per month (2–3 days per trip) to build real relationships, visit job sites, and grow your markets the right way.
What You’ll Do
  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and expand relationships with subcontractors and decision-makers
  • Develop new markets across three assigned major cities
  • Conduct market research and visit active job sites
  • Attend networking events and represent the brand professionally
  • Track activity, pipeline, and growth opportunities in the CRM
  • Report on performance and consistently look for ways to win more business

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary Uncapped Commission
  • $50K base
  • $85K–$100K OTE Year One
  • $130K Year Two 
  • $200k Year 3 and up
