Sales Representative – Kansas City HQ
Join Ultimate Construction Staffing, a leading firm operating in 46 states, as a Sales Representative based out of our Kansas City headquarters. You’ll be assigned three major cities to develop markets, meet subcontractors, and convert leads into clients. Travel to each city twice a month for 2–3 days to build relationships and grow business.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Uncapped Commission
- $50K base; $80K–$100K OTE in year one; $120K in year two

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Expand current client base and manage contractor relationships
- Conduct market analysis and job site visits
- Attend networking events and maintain CRM records
- Report on account status and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
