Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

An Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This position oversees daily operations, manpower coordination, material management, quality control, and safety compliance while ensuring projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews
• Read blueprints
• Coordinate daily activities
• Bend and install conduit
• Pull wire and cable
• Install electrical panels
• Oversee equipment hookups
• Schedule manpower
• Manage material deliveries
• Perform quality inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical systems
• Enforce safety standards

Requirements

• Michigan Journeyman Electrician License
• Foreman experience
• Commercial electrical experience
• Background check
• Drug screen
