Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate technology or service solutions.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals that benefit both parties while maintaining professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that increase lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to communicate value propositions confidently during technical sales discussions.

Experience

  • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within technology or related sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B sales deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
