Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking caregiver with a valid US driver’s license to provide high-quality in-home and community-based care. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities and support their overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills in Spanish, a strong sense of empathy, and experience working with diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring memory care. The caregiver will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients while ensuring safety and comfort in their daily routines.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Support clients with mobility
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and personal care tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-beings
- Follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in home health care or long-term care settings is highly desirable
- Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, developmental disabilities, or memory care needs is advantageous
- Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and safety awareness
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience when working with diverse populations

Pay: $11.23 per hour
