Duties
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks using paylocity
- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and supporting positive communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Conduct performance management activities including employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning initiatives to foster continuous development.
- Support change management efforts by assisting with organization design projects, HR sourcing strategies, and workforce management initiatives aligned with strategic planning goals.
- Maintain accurate HR data collection records, manage contracts and documentation related to employment agreements, and support HRIS data integrity for reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers’ compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques utilizing ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and facilitate training & development sessions.
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities such as organization design projects or benefits administration tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with performance management processes, employee evaluation methods, and workforce planning strategies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives while maintaining a focus on organizational objectives.
- Administrative experience involving data entry accuracy, contract management, and social media management for employer branding efforts is advantageous.
