We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy marketing professional to join our team and help elevate our brand presence and technology systems.Position Overview:The Marketing & Technology Consultant will oversee the company’s marketing initiatives and technology infrastructure, ensuring our brand is consistent, our systems are efficient, and our digital presence reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence. This role blends creativity and technical expertise, ideal for someone who thrives on both design and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities: Marketing & BrandingManage and update the company website (Squarespace preferred) and blog content.Create and schedule social media posts and campaigns.Support brand development and marketing initiatives across platforms.Ensure consistent branding in all digital and print communications.Collaborate on marketing materials, photos, videos, and content creation.Technology & SystemsMaintain and update CRM, SharePoint, and phone systems.Set up new team members with computers, phones, and software access.Manage Office 365 accounts and integrations.Coordinate with IT vendors for support and troubleshooting.Identify and implement process improvements using technology.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proficiency in Squarespace, Office 365, and CRM systems.Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content management.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Bonus Skills:Experience with photography, video editing, or graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.).Familiarity with automation tools, SEO, and analytics.Benefits401(k) with company match.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid Time Off (PTO).Paid Holidays.
