Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative/Estimator at Ultimate Granite, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing leads, submitting accurate bids, building strong client relationships, and converting inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities:Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and market landscape. Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to enhance sales efforts Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. Review project plans, specifications, architectural drawings, and client sketches to develop accurate material and labor cost estimates.Measure drawings using a scale rule, as needed, to ensure precise calculationsProvide detailed product information, including pricing and customization options Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that meet client needs. Follow up on leads and quotes, track progress in the CRM, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Coordinate with production team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Handle client complaints and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues in a way that strengthens relationships. Assist walk-in customers in the showroom, offering guidance on products and helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1 year of sales experience (Required) Experience in related industry; natural stone, countertop sales, etc. (Preferred) Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, client drawing, and other documents.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving skills. Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
