Ultimate Drain Cleaning & Service is a growing plumbing company, providing services throughout New Jersey. We are looking for an experienced Dispatch and Customer Service Representative, qualified with basic sales and client services knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers by phone in an organized and timely manner.
- Collaborating with management team to stay updated on new policies, services and products. ( Products and services training provided.)
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Provide sales and technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Qualifications
- Experience with plumbing products and services - preferred but not required.
- Must have 2 years of experience in sales and customer service focusing on a consultative sales approach.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Numbers Apple
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
