What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist position at Ultimate Dental Lab?
We are looking for a Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. The Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist is a critical contributor to our goal of providing a superior experience to our dental practice clients. Through patience, understanding, teamwork and strong problem solving skills, you will resolve issues and learn to escalate them to senior team members where necessary.
What you’ll do
● Data entry - enter dental office RX/prescription into our dental lab platform
● Effectively resolve issues communicated through phone calls and emails
● Learn to escalate issues or concerns to senior team members
What we’re looking for
● 1-3 years of experience working in data entry, call center or customer support roles
● Capable problem solver
● Ability to work with others
Bonus points for
● Dental laboratory experience
