Ultimate Cycle is looking for a high-performing, elite Powersports Sales Professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who has sales experience, works hard, and is motivated to grow their career!

We sell motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and tractors. We are in the Top 10 Largest Volume Dealers in the USA for the following brands, Kawasaki, CFMoto, Suzuki, Mahindra. We're growing fast, and we need one more closer who can keep up.
Responsibilities
- Sell. Work walk-ins, phone, text, email, and internet leads. Find out what the customer actually needs and put them on the right machine.
- Own the deal. You are the point of contact for the customer, from first contact to keys in hand.
- Run a pipeline. Keep your CRM tight, follow up on every lead, and turn today's shoppers into next month's buyers.
- Bring people back. Take care of customers after the sale so they come back and send their friends.
- Product Knowledge. Stay sharp on every brand and model on the floor.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven track record. Sales experience. Powersports or auto is ideal BUT a strong closer from another industry can work.
- Product knowledge. You know bikes and off-road, or you'll learn them fast. Bonus if you ride.
- Financing and math. You can walk a customer through payments without fumbling.
- Closer's mindset. Attention to detail, follow-through, and a "get it done today" attitude.
Pay
Base plus commission. Our top performers make $95k /year
