Role Overview
We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, including managing schedules, budgets, and project teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates, identifying risks, and driving proactive solutions. Occasionally, you’ll support new projects by conducting site assessments to help define scope and assist with estimating.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in construction project management or related experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred (but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
- Account management or sales experience
