Shift Lead- Ultimate Air Trampoline Park (Stillwater, OK)
Do you enjoy leading a team, providing outstanding guest service, and thriving in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Shift Lead to help oversee daily operations and ensure every guest has a safe, fun experience.
Position Summary
As a Shift Lead, you’ll serve as the leader on duty during your shifts. You’ll help manage daily operations, support team members, enforce company policies, and ensure the park runs smoothly from open to close.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the park, including securing the facility.
- Hold and be responsible for company keys.
- Count cash drawers, prepare daily deposits, and complete employee tip-outs.
- Create and manage employee break schedules while ensuring proper floor coverage.
- Lead by example and enforce all company policies and safety procedures.
- Provide coaching and direction to team members throughout each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-focused environment.
- Assist with resolving guest concerns in a professional manner.
- Work in every operational area of the park, including:
- Front Desk
- Court Monitor
- Concessions
- Party Host
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous leadership or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable handling cash and completing basic financial procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
