Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $79,100-$107,000

The Design Engineer is responsible for the design of Renewables projects including responsibilities such as reviewing and developing plans, specifications, and observation reports to see that they are complete, accurate and in accordance with sound engineering practice.
What You'll Do
- Provide technically expertise in the resolution of design problems
- Perform field investigations or observations
- Coordinate specific design aspects of a project requiring the ability to plan, schedule, conduct and communicate work with the team
- Serve as an assistant construction project team member with assigned responsibility for the administration of construction engineering projects with the potential for travel during construction season.
- Excellent verbal/written communications
- Excellent time management skills
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field required
- EIT certification required and the ability to obtain PE registration within 1 year preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience is preferred
- Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), additional software knowledge depending on specialization
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communications
- Excellent time management skills
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the US
